Rest assured, we strive on providing excellent customer service. All shipments are sent within 24 hours and when they are available, tracking numbers are recorded and provided to you on  the 'Completion of Sale' e-mail we send you.


Please note: if an amount is paid for shipping that exceeds the actual shipping cost by $2.00 or more, we always refund the amount that was overpaid. We do this for any domestic or international order.

Pick-up your order in Vancouver's West End and save the shipping costs. Just e-mail us at lili@mylittlegreenshop.com to arrange it. A refund of any shipping charge already paid will be presented at time of pick-up.
 
We offer $7.00 Flat Rate to the 21 Municipalities within Metro Vancouver (Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, New Westminster, Delta, Port Moody, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Abbotsford,  Pitt Meadows, White Rock, Langley, Maple Ridge, Lion's Bay, Belcarra, Bowen Island, Tsawwassen, Vancouver and Anmore). At Checkout please select $7.00 Flat Rate within Metro Vancouver.

There are 2 international shipping rates:
1) Surface International $34.50 (4-8 weeks)
2) Air International $50.00 ( 1-2 weeks)
