Great for a serving of yoghurt or a small serving of fruits either in cubes or blueberries.  Will have trouble fitting larger items such as strawberries though

I read reviews about them and some people have found them difficult to open.
Here's what I found - it gets challenging only when one has put a warm product in the fridge.  All you need to do it run it under warm water (it won't go into the food inside) and the lid will once again come off with relative ease.  
Know that the lids are designed to be spill proof so your toddler will not be able to open it on his/her own
