Shipping fees will be automatically charged upon check-out. Items purchased will be shipped within 5 working days, unless otherwise noted. Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email, at which time you will be advised of wait times or given the chance to cancel the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refund emails must be made within 7 days.
Exchange emails must be received within 14 days.
You will be asked to send back the product(s) in question by mail. You will be refunded or issued a credit of your total purchase, minus shipping charges. All return/exchange shipments are at the customer’s expense. No COD return shipments will be accepted. my little green reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if item is not in its original, unused condition.
